Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 29 September 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Publisher Terms between GreenMind Media Inc. ("GreenMind", "we", "us" or "our") and the Studio. It applies to the Studio, its Members, anyone using the Service with the Studio's Credentials, and the games and content the Studio operates through the Service. Words defined in the Publisher Terms have the same meaning here.
The Studio is responsible for making sure that its games, its Members and its servers follow this policy. Games are allowed to go to dark places; this policy is about conduct and material that is unlawful or causes real-world harm, not about difficult subject matter in a game.
1. Illegal and harmful content
You must not use the Service to create, store, transmit or serve anything that:
- is unlawful where it is stored, offered or accessed;
- depicts, promotes, incites or glorifies terrorism, genocide, mass violence, or violence against any real person or group;
- promotes hatred against, or dehumanises, people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
- shares intimate images of a real person without their consent;
- infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
2. Child safety
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, and for any content that sexualises minors, whether real or fictional. Where we find it, we remove it, terminate the Org responsible without notice, preserve what the law requires us to, and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) and, where it applies, the U.S. National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
You must not use the Service to groom, exploit or endanger children, or to put children in contact with adults in ways your game does not safeguard.
3. Players
You must not use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, defraud or exploit Players or anyone else;
- deceive Players about who you are, what your game does, or what it does with their data;
- collect, use or share Players' personal data beyond what your privacy policy discloses to them, or without a lawful basis;
- sell Players' personal data, or use it to build advertising profiles, unless your privacy policy discloses it and the law allows it;
- store payment card numbers, government identifiers, passwords or health information in the Service.
4. The Service itself
You must not:
- upload or distribute malware, or use the Service to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or load test it, without our written permission;
- access or attempt to access another org's projects, Environments or data, or data of your own Environments by a route the Service does not offer;
- scrape the Service or the console, or copy them by automated means, except through the platform API as documented;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly permits it;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or other studios' use of it.
5. Keys and access
You must not:
- share a server key with anyone outside your Studio and the contractors who run your servers for you;
- put a server key in a game client, a website, or anywhere else a Player or the public can reach it;
- sell, resell, sublicense or rent access to the Service;
- use your Credentials to let a third party operate its own games through your Org.
6. Limits
You must not attempt to get around rate limits, quotas or other limits of the Service, including by making extra orgs, projects, Environments or Credentials for the purpose, by spreading requests across keys, or by disguising where requests come from.
7. Spam, impersonation and deception
You must not use the Service to:
- send or publish spam, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- phish, or collect credentials under false pretences;
- impersonate GreenMind, our staff, another studio, a store or platform, or any other person, or suggest an endorsement you do not have.
8. Gambling
You must not use the Service to offer real-money gambling, or games of chance whose stakes or prizes can be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value, unless you hold every licence and approval required wherever it is offered, restrict it to the people allowed to take part, and the store you distribute through allows it.
9. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may remove or disable the content concerned, revoke Credentials, suspend or restrict an Environment, a project or the Org, or end the Publisher Terms. We may do any of these for a first breach, and without notice where we judge it necessary to prevent harm, to protect the Service, or to comply with the law. Otherwise we will tell you what we found and give you a reasonable chance to put it right.
We are not obliged to monitor the Service, and choosing not to act in one case does not waive our right to act in another. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities and cooperate with their investigations.
10. Reporting abuse
To report a breach of this policy, a leaked server key, or abuse by a game that uses the Service, write to us. Tell us what you found, where (the game, and the project or Environment if you know it), and when.

If a Player of a game reports abuse to us, we pass it to the Studio responsible, and act under clause 9 where this policy has been broken.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the Publisher Terms describe.
